Daniella Johnson has literally driven her interviewee all around Atlanta just to get a story.
During her years as an upcoming journalist, Daniella worked for award winning student media such as The Signal as well as Georgia State’s student radio station WRAS 88.5 FM and proudly produced her own weekly R&B show. Throughout her senior year of college, she spent time interning at Ryan Seacrest Studios at the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta. In addition to being active in university organizations, Daniella is also an active member of the National Association of Black Journalist and successfully completed the 2021 NABJ student projects internship course.
Since graduating, Daniella has been en route to becoming a successful journalist. After working as a Producer-in-Residence at KVUE News, she moved back home to pursue journalism in Atlanta, Georgia. Daniella currently works as a Multi-platform Producer at 11 Alive News.
When she’s not finding stories or catching up on the latest news, you can find her at a concert enjoying the large music scene Atlanta and Austin have to offer.
I am a focused multi-media journalist with a passion for storytelling across different platforms seeking stories that will help me grow as a journalist. Since graduating from Georgia State University, I’ve been eager to expand on my print, digital and broadcast writing skills in every capacity possible.
